Lead as subject matter expert in an ITIL design area, consulting on ITIL service management. Having knowledge, technique, and expertise in ITIL processes.
Applies expertise to support the McKesson and TCS vision and strategic direction for streamlining and standardization of IT Service Management and Asset Management process
Facilitate the design of IT Service Management and Asset Management capabilities that include IT processes and RACIs in alignment with the operational teams across the organization
Provide Process SME support to IT transition/service design teams in creating processes, procedures, and tools configurations
Advising on steps to improve process following the ITIL guidelines.
Participating in Process design activities increasing the maturity level
Work with Service Catalog owners on designing of Service Catalog intake,workflow and Integrations
Work with Asset Process owners and Operations team on defining the hardware asset management and software asset management processes and share requirements to development team
Participate in planning activities along with the Project Manager
Share ServiceNow best practices and be consultative throughout the technical design of the project
Produce a detailed functional design document (High Level and Low Level document) to match Mckesson's ITSM process requirements
Co-team with the ServiceNow Technical Architect to produce a functional specification for custom development and systems integration requirements.
Support Project team on ServiceNow functional and end user training plans
Knowledge of features for ServiceNow ITSM / ITAM / CMDB modules on a user / fulfiller level
