3+ years of experience leading business process design workshops to elicit client requirements, specifically related to ITAM

ITIL Foundations

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification

ServiceNow additional practice areas such as SPM, HSRD, CSM, ITSM, SAM, ITBM, ITOM, Service Portal (UX Deign), etc. preferred but not required

Primary Responsibilities:
Work closely with our clients to determine strategies for increased solutions adoption and organizational readiness
Leading functional discovery and process workshops and working sessions leveraging the NTT methodology
Defining industry and client specific business process solutions while identifying opportunities and advising on all things business process related to ServiceNow implementation projects
Furthering your ServiceNow Expertise by developing knowledge on multiple practices within the ServiceNow platform
