• As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for: Designing and implementing comprehensive Oracle EPM and PPM solutions to address the organization's financial and planning requirements.
• Collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders, including R&D PMO, R&D Finance, Corporate Finance, Enterprise architects, and cross-functional teams to comprehend business needs and deliver value through technical solutions.
• Managing the design and implementation of both new and existing systems to ensure alignment with financial and project management objectives.

Project Specific Skills:

• To excel in this role, you should possess: Expertise in designing and developing solutions using the Oracle EPM suite of products, including Oracle EPM Cloud Data Management, Planning (EPBCS), and Consolidation (FCCS) applications.
• Proficiency in EPM Application workflow, batch schedules, data and metadata management, security, data transformations, and integration with upstream and downstream systems.
• The ability to introduce automation and innovative solutions within EPM and PPM environments. Deep knowledge of PPM tools like Planisware and Planview, as well as project management methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Basic Qualifications: Proven track record of successfully leading complex Enterprise IT projects, particularly in EPM and PPM. Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or a related field. 10+ years of combined experience in IT roles such as Analyst, Developer, Tech Lead, or Architect.
• Experience with Agile delivery practices and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated leadership in collaborating with external vendors and business partners.
• Ability to lead both on-shore and off-shore teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Experience working in regulated environments with a strong emphasis on documentation.
• Financial acumen and prior project experience with Finance Technology solutions, including Hyperion Oracle, SAP, Anaplan, etc
• Translating verbal requirements into clear documentation, statements of work, and proposals. Developing high-level and detailed solution designs that prioritize scalability, performance, and security. Integrating EPM and PPM systems with other enterprise systems such as SAP, Kronos, JIRA, Tableau, SuccessFactors, etc.
• Designing data models and architectures that facilitate accurate financial data collection, storage, and analysis while maintaining data quality and integrity. Assisting in requirements gathering, discoveries, whiteboarding solutions, and product demos. Ensuring the successful completion of assignments within agreed-upon scope, timelines, financial constraints, and quality standards.
