Role 
• Responsible for BITS cybersecurity project coordination and deliverables. Develops project 
charters, plans, deliverables, and other project artifacts.
• Works closely with the project sponsor and IT senior management to understand and 
prioritize cybersecurity objectives. Understands business objectives and problems, identifies 
alternative solutions, performs feasibility studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives in 
support of project management.
• Collaborates with Enterprise Lead and peer Project Managers on standards and process 
development.
• Gather and review internal requirements as well as regulatory requirements and industry 
security best practices.
• Assist in other project management efforts as needed.
 

Required Skills 

• Strong customer service and relationship management experience
• Strong business analysis experience in documenting policy, processes and procedures
• Thorough understanding of industry standard project management methodologies and 
practices
• In depth knowledge of System development life cycle deliverables for each phase of 
development.
• Demonstrated competence in promoting understanding and cooperation within and 
between organizations.
• Organization, project planning, presentation skills (PRB, management, etc.)
• Risk Management
