Extensive experience in a previous Salesforce Solution leadership role where you have designed (or played a big role in designing) the Salesforce Enterprise Architecture. This should include exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
Have strong Salesforce solution design experience specifically in the Education industry and the ability to work in an agile manner in order to turn around/develop solutions fast and effectively in a short period of time.
Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment, supporting the business in its adoption and progressing with solution design/build with sufficient control in place.
Have extensive experience in managing and developing a skilled team, supporting their development and growth.
Skilled in Core Salesforce cloud configuration and customization (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience), declarative and programmatic Salesforce tooling, and integrating with 3rd party systems
