- Excellent oral and written communication abilities, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, etc.).
- 10+ years’ experience in designing dashboard wireframes and defining requirements, considering both technical and visual design aspects.
- Experience building reports with Microsoft PowerBI
- Ability to lead client meetings and workshops to comprehend and define processes and needs.
- Familiarity with agile project management tools, such as Azure DevOps Boards.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Science, Business, etc.).
- Familiarity with the CPG industry or similar fast-paced business environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Assist in Maintaining Operations Work Backlog: Manage and prioritize tasks and projects within the operations work backlog.
- Develop Power BI Reports: Design and create Power BI reports, transforming raw data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Business Leaders: Work with business leaders to identify and define opportunities for the application of data analytics to improve decision-making processes.
- Document Business Requirements: Participate in interviews, workshops, and use case outlines to document requirements, dependencies, and track progress.
- Liaise between Development Team and Stakeholders: Facilitate communication and collaboration between the development team and business stakeholders.
- Assist in Leadership Communication: Support leadership by preparing and presenting progress reports, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to management when necessary.
