Knowledge of relational databases (SQL), system development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Knowledge of quality assurance techniques, and change management procedures.
Demonstrates skill in project planning, requirements gathering, business analysis, business process mapping, procedural writing, process engineering.
Demonstrates problem-solving, active listening, negotiation, conflict resolution, group visitation, written and oral communication.
Demonstrates organization and time management, and presentation skills.
Able to manage, coordinate, and prioritize multiple activities concurrently with limited supervision & to adjust efficiently changing priorities.
Knowledge of business process engineering methods.
Knowledge and experience using multiple project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile.
Ability to blend methodologies together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.
Must be able to operate effectively in a changing environment with multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow-through.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
