- They do not want anyone new to AEM. Looking for at least 5 years of AEM experience

The role is centered on designing, developing, and implementing applications using in-demand programming languages and technologies such as WebSphere and Informatica to meet business requirements effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex business requirements and create technical specifications for designing or redesigning intricate software components and applications.
- Serve as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation, and analysis endeavors.
- Apply industry best practices to design, test, implement, and maintain solutions.
- Ensure the fulfillment of quality, security, and compliance requirements within the supported domain.

Qualifications:
- Essential possession of a Bachelor's degree in a technical field like computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline.
- Accumulated 8-10 years of experience is a mandatory requirement.
- Proficient in development using the required programming language or technology (e.g., WebSphere, Informatica, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and successfully deploying extensive projects from inception to completion.
- Familiarity with iterative and agile methodologies of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
