JOB DETAIL
Bring strong subject matter knowledge to define project scope, facilitate requirements, and proactively identify and overcome project blockers
Manage/engage with multiple projects concurrently while addressing all project artifacts and operational readiness activities
Execute Project Management skills with rigor and discipline as the engine to drive stakeholders forward in a cohesive and collaborative manner while ensuring proper communication and accountability
Establish and conduct meetings to communicate expectations, project roles, and status updates, track open issues and work with all groups and clients to resolve issues as required
Identify and manage project dependencies, risk mitigation, and critical path items and follow appropriate methodologies
Maintain excellent communication with all levels of management, be responsive to customers, and provide appropriate training and cross-training to other team members
What you’ll need:
The ideal candidate is extremely organized, an excellent communicator, and a strategic thinker who can execute in a fast-paced environment
5+ years of experience successfully in project management, management consulting, or operational management; preferably within outsourcing landscape
Proven track record of execution in a multi-disciplinary, high-paced environment
Proficient with financial reports, business intelligence tools, and workflow design
Robust interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to lead
Ability to write and communicate clearly to internal stakeholders and vendors
Capable of grasping and utilizing complex ideas and strategies
5-8 years of hands-on experience in a buyer outsourcing roll or on the supplier side in call center services operations & solutions
