Full-stack developers with STRONG skills in the following technology stacks: • C#, .NET Core, ADO.NET, Visual Studio IDE, Git, Unit Tests, Azure DevOps Boards, Azure DevOps Repos, GitHub • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET • Microsoft SQL Server or Azure SQL DB, Entity Framework, Stored Procedures using T-SQL, ETL • Razor Pages, frontend frameworks, such as React and Bootstrap, OAuth 2.0 • Microsoft Azure and Azure AD • REST, JSON, OpenAPI (Swagger) • JavaScript ES6 and asynchronous JavaScript libraries, such as Datatables.js

Experience Required

This classification must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.

Experience Preferred

Must have STRONG development experience with the technologies listed in the Skills Preferred section.

Education Required

This classification requires the possession of a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
