Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading functional design, configuration, and support of Kronos Timekeeping.
Troubleshoot functional or business process issues related to and TeleStaff applications and Kronos Timekeeping systems.
Collect and define business and technical requirements from Payroll, Labor, Human Capital, IT, and Operations.
Translate requirements into technical specifications in Kronos applications.
Create process flows, design documents, and diagrams to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
Provide Subject Matter Expertise with Kronos Timekeeping and TeleStaff applications.
Configure the different modules of Timekeeping application namely Pay Policy, Accrual Policy, paycodes, and workrules based on the requirements to be compliant with labor laws and business policies.
Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Work with other functional analysts and developers to determine the best technical approach, learn new functionality and features of in-house tools as new versions are released, and educate the user community.
Draft communications and training documents to communicate the changes with end users.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 years’ experience working with Kronos Time and Attendance systems.
Strong Kronos Workforce Central product knowledge and configuration expertise with focus on Pay Policy, Accrual Policy, Access Profiles, and Device Management.
Strong Kronos TeleStaff product knowledge.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
