Develop and Maintain BizTalk Solutions: Design, develop, implement, and maintain BizTalk solutions to support the processing of 837 (electronic healthcare claims) and 835 (electronic healthcare remittances) transactions.

Configuration and Optimization: Configure, fine-tune, and optimize BizTalk applications to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Data Mapping and Transformation: Create and manage data maps and transformation processes to convert data from various source formats to standardized formats and vice versa.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor BizTalk server components, diagnose and resolve issues, and ensure the continuous availability of healthcare claims processing systems.
Compliance and Security: Stay updated on the latest healthcare industry standards, including HIPAA, and ensure that all transactions and data exchanges comply with the necessary security and privacy regulations.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA testers, and other developers, to gather requirements, design solutions, and resolve issues.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of BizTalk solutions, including technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
Performance Optimization: Identify and implement performance enhancements to ensure efficient processing of large volumes of healthcare claims.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a BizTalk Developer with a strong focus on healthcare claims processing, specifically 837 and 835 transactions.
Proficiency in BizTalk Server, including the development of schemas, maps, orchestrations, and pipelines.
In-depth knowledge of EDI standards and formats, especially in the context of healthcare claims.
Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations, such as HIPAA and HL7.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Healthcare domain knowledge is a plus.
Microsoft BizTalk certification is advantageous but not required.
