Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and implementation of complex customer solutions
Integration of management and monitoring platforms
Development and deployment of automation and integration tools
Tier 3 escalation and technical troubleshooting
Network maintenance and patching/update support
Work with business units to identify and mitigate process inefficiencies
Investigate and develop new and innovative products and offerings
 

Required Qualifications:
Self-starter, goal-oriented, ability to work independently without micromanagement
Experience with network security products and concepts, primarily the Fortinet product suite
Hands-on experience with network and security appliance configuration and troubleshooting
Understanding of Networking, TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, SD-WAN
Knowledge of network and security design concepts and best practices
Knowledge of API and application interoperability concepts
Experience with coding and automation concepts
Experience in customer facing technical support roles
 

Preferred Qualifications:
Fortinet NSE 7 certification or equivalent
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Network Design, Network Security, or related field
5 years’ experience with network design and deployment concepts
5 years’ experience with customer technical support
Experience with coding and automation platforms such as Python, JavaScript or similar
