Key responsibilities:

•              Configures solution applications, process models, business rules, user interfaces, create marketing campaign functional requirements

•              Analyze, design and support implementation of business-specific solutions and/or frameworks

•              Supports the customer through user testing and business readiness activities

•              Work on application performance improvements

•              Design and create well-documented, supportable, and extensible developments whilst maintaining the work of other consultants, partners and clients

Required Qualifications:

•              Experience with Pega BPM or Pega Decisioning/Marketing capabilities

•              Knowledge and ability to create technical solutions for process automations

•              Experience of business process design, modelling, and implementation on projects

•              Demonstrated understanding of Pega methodologies (Agile Scrum preferred)

•              PEGA SA or SSA certificate

Desired Qualifications:

•              Software development (Java, SQL)

•              Knowledge of Agile development and delivery models

•              Experience in working on various rules and features like Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors etc

•              Conversant in + other programming languages (e.g., Java, .net, React, Cloud concepts, MuleSoft, COSMOS DB) an advantage

•              Designing class structures, application frameworks, and data models.Service Connector, integrating PRPC to third-party systems using RESTful Services (JSON, XML, HTTP), integrating Pega with other Technology Platforms, API, Data model, UI, security in PEGA 8the design.
• Serves as a resource to others.

Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required.
