- Prior experience as a Business Analyst
- Understanding of Agile (SCRUM) practices
- Story writing in Agile formats
- Previously run or contributed to discovery interviews
- Previously experience in Presales tech development
- Previous work on FISERV products, specifically DNA
- Previous work in Financial Services or Farm Credit

Responsibilities:
- Actively manage product backlog
- Research and capture requirements for User Stories
- Produce meeting notes from discovery interviews
- Write stories and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate story discussions in internal team meetings as needed
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standup, demos, etc.)
- Sit as a proxy for the Product Owner when needed
- QA test, as needed, in preparation of moving the feature to UAT
