Completeness, correctness and performed _ source to target 

Data validation in the past projects 

Exceptional analytical skills 

Advanced problem-solving-skills. 

Knowledge of best practices in data analysis. 

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. candidate should have knowledge of understanding data
