Onboarding suppliers into Apple systems (Setting up at system level)
Provide training to the suppliers (On need basis) on usage of systems and process of working on adherence to compliance standards
Identify, troubleshoot, triage, validate issues found in Material Declaration management systems
Support User Acceptance Testing for all releases
Create compliance audit plans
Schedule audits
Ensure suppliers complete corrective action (as agreed) based on audit results
Participate in regular review meetings highlighting issues / improvements / lessons learnt. Brainstorm with the teams for enhancements supporting the issue fix or efficiency improvement
Perform compliance data analysis using à Python scripts, Excel VBA, pivot tables etc to enable metrics / insights / trend analysis
Issue audit reports
Create standard operating procedures (SoP) for the data analysis process
Support continuous improvement and improved efficiency by identifying possible improvements
Information gathering from internal system for compliance analysis
Documentation of information gathering process of systems and cross collaboration teams
Maintain internal tracker of all work done on compliance, audit, test report etc
Triaging the issues
Perform data analysis / calculations required to determine the impact (product analysis, compliance analysis etc)
