JOB DETAIL

Must have at least 7 years of experience as a Project Manager with Capacity Planning and Workforce Management. 

Must have experience working in an Agile PMO (APMO)

Must have IT deparment experience.  Ideally Digital experience

Must have Agile / SAFe.  Would like to see certifications

Must have strong Analytical experience

Must have Power BI or Clarity for reporting

Experience with Staffing Capacity in an Agile Org

Must come from a Large, Enterprise Company,  Healthcare is a plus

60-70% of the time is going to be spent doing workforce planning reports and spreadsheets.  Must have EXCELLENT Excel spreadsheet experience.

Reporting experience must include: workforce planning (where are we with staffing today, where do we need to be tomorrow and where are the gaps)

Other reporting includes: Requistion Reporting (open reqs), Contract Conversion Reporting. 

The Agile / Agile PMO is a deal breaker.  They MUST have experience working in an Agile PMO office. Or Agile Transformation office.

Supporting Senior mgmt with workforce planning intel.

MUST have EXCELLENT COMM SKILLS.

MUST be able to communication to higher level executives.

The other 30-40% of the time will be meeting with the different heads of departments such as HR, TA, Architecture, Retail, Product, Pharma, etc.  This will be to understand their initatives, and human capital planning.  Who do they need and when? Doing requirements gathering with the different dept. 

Then meet with HR and TA to communicate the needs. 

Then they will track the progress of the staffing and fufillment - soup to nuts.

Key search words per manager:  Agile; Excel, workforce management and capacity planning and NYC. If they are not hitting this must have that are listed please reject. 

He does not want an IT PM who maybe has done a small porition of workforce allocations/planning. He needs someone that this is their sole role.  Needs to be a senior person who is well versed in this area.
