a. Applications Development Analyst Task List The Contractor, through the Applications Development Analyst(s) it provides, shall perform the following tasks as necessary to complete work assigned by the Department’s Contract Manager:
- New application development with technologies including .NET Visual Studios, Integrated Development Environment (IDE), Oracle, and MS/SQL Server relational databases.
- Work with the OIT staff to gather and document business requirements.
- Develop web applications with responsive design in technologies such as AngularJS and React.
- Develop and enhance project and technical documentation.
- Mentor OIT staff in .NET development skills.
- Mentor OIT staff in responsive design technology.
- Provide system analysis, design, and programming support.
- Provide implementation support for applications.
- Transfer the knowledge necessary to maintain applications worked on, including related technical knowledge, to OIT staff
Mandatory Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with technical and Department staff.
- Experience developing database driven applications in a .NET environment using Visual Studios Integrated Development Environment (IDE).
- Experience working with responsive design technologies such as AngularJS and/or React.
- Experience working with Microsoft Internet Information Service (IIS) application server software.
- Experience working with users to gather and document business requirements.
- Experience working with Oracle.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience working with Crystal Reports.
- Experience developing database driven applications in a JAVA environment using Eclipse Integrated Development Environment (IDE).
- Experience working with Apache Tomcat application server software.
