JOB DETAIL

Should have Strong FS domain work experience.
Should be Pega CSSA/LSA certified.
Experience in both Pega PRPC V7.x and V8.x design and implementation.
Minimum 1 year experience in Pega V8.7.2.
Along with CSSA/LSA, should have at least one Pega certification in Pega V8.7.2 or in higher version.
Strong experience on Pega Smart Dispute and Pega Smart Investigate.
Good exposure on latest Pega capabilities (Both Pega Infinity, Pega Smart Dispute and Pega Smart Investigate).
Good exposure on App studio development.
Coordinate with On-Site, Off-shore team for delivery updates and conducting internal process management activities for developing NAB Application.
Requirement Analysis, Impact Analysis, Effort Estimation.
Provide support for design and develop critical functionalities.
Integrate Pega applications with both proprietary and 3rd party systems.
Providing UAT support & assistance
Provide support for Testing and DevOps Teams.
Review the work of team, providing guidance and support to the developers.
Ensure compliance with coding standards, UI standards .
Perform code reviews to ensure code quality.
Manage Change requests from business teams.
Creation of Training Plan and Training Manual.
