•           Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I, CSP or equivalent)

•           3 – 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an IT or Software Development setting 

•           Experience leading a team in an agile environment.

•           A thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures

•           Experience working with agile methodology on large scale, technically complex projects.

•           Strong written and verbal communication skills

•           Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail

•           Worked with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar software. 

•           Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications: 

•           Experience working in a consulting firm.

•           CSP Preferred

Additional Requirements: Person must be willing to come onsite to client Boston office 2-3 days a week.
