As a Salesforce Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Salesforce developers and administrators to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that meet the client’s business needs.
- Lead the design, development, and customization of Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and Apex triggers/classes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for Salesforce solutions.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Salesforce development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Establish and enforce development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and quality assurance to ensure high-quality Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate Salesforce with other applications and systems.
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including customization, data modeling, and integration.
- Experience with Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce DX is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies for project management.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II.
- Bachelor’s degree required
