Role that we are looking to fill is more business focused with:

1. Call Centre experience as a Salesforce user or a Salesforce Business Consultant and/or

2. Salesforce implementation experience for Call Centres

3. Automotive industry experience (optional)

The candidate should have a good understanding of the Call Centre business processes and should be able to support our Call Centre teams and project stakeholders on creating and reviewing business scenarios, test scripts and developing operational guidelines.
