SAP PP/QM/PM

 

· Proven expertise driving complex SAP transformation projects with best

practices of SAP Implementations and change management

· Good understanding of Production processes ; Customer management must be

the forte (Business workshop organizing, Testing support, Problem Solving,

etc).

· Hands on configuration and testing experience on SAP PP/PI. Experience in

Process, sub-process / process flow design and system design

· Good understanding of other SAP Lines of Business / SAP Modules from

integration with PP/PI perspective

· Desirable to have technical skills to understand the technical nuances which

are required to develop a new action

· Should possess excellent Communication / Presentation skillsSpecific process

and SAP product knowledge in the following areas in addition to basic

production / manufacturing related business processes (desirable but not

limited to):

• Make-to-Order Production - Finished Goods Sales and Final

Assembly

• Make to Stock with Co Products and By Products, Repetitive

Manufacturing

• Demand-Driven Replenishment Planning and Execution

• Manufacturing with Kanban Supply into Production

• Variant Configuration

• Batch Management

• Manufacturing Compliances

• Just-In-Time Supply to Customer from Stock

• Recipe Management

· Experience in solution support area, including significant experience with

incident management, configuration, and testing. Including experience with

many of these key business process areas:

• Equipment Reliability Master Data

• Equipment Phase In

• Equipment Phase Out

• Project Based Maintenance

• Management Reporting/KPIs
