Technical/Functional Skills           

1.            At least 2 SAP end to end implementation experience as SAP PP, MM & QM consultant in Construction or similar industry. S4 HANA implementation experience is preferred.

2.            * * PP = It is preferable to find SAP functional consultant with SAP PP + SAP MM functional skill, with primary focus on SAP PP

3.            Should have AMS support experience

4.            8-10 years of experience in SAP, including consulting experience in Construction/manufacturing business.

5.            Configuration experience in SAP PP, MM & QM-PI.

6.            Perform SAP PP, MM & QM design, testing & training.

7.            Experience with areas like Product Planning, Forecasting, MRP, Manufacturing execution, Inventory/Warehouse management, Product Costing, and Quality Management.

8.            Knowledge of key integration points with other modules related to SAP PP, MM & QM e.g. FI, CO, SD & MM etc.

9.            Should have worked on Worked on Source lists, Contracts, Scheduling agreements, released orders, quota arrangement, Info Records for Standard, consignment, Sub-Contracting

10.          MM-Purchasing/Procurement: Hands on experience in configuring Material Master, Vendor Master, Partner schema, Purchase requisition, Purchases order.

 

11.          Should have worked maintaining Master data like a Material master, Vendor master, Info records, Source lists, Contracts and scheduling agreements.

12.          Material Master, Vendor Master, Source List, Purchasing Info record, Purchase Requisition.

13.          Working experience in Purchase Orders: STO, Subcontract, Consignment, Outline Agreements: Contracts, Scheduling Agreement.

14.          Inventory Management, Movement Types, Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Cost Centre.

15.          Invoice Verification, Taxes, Pricing Procedures, Valuation and Account Assignment.

16.          Analyze & Support PPQM business processes and users.

17.          Write programming specifications and work with developers.

18.          Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

19.          Problem solving skills.

20.          Business Acumen.

Experience Required     

1. Construction/Manufacturing industry background

2. SAP PP certification

3. Experience with other SAP modules like FI, SD, QM, MM or WM.

4. Technical (ABAP/PI) Knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities 1.            SAP PP, MM & QM functional Management & Support – 100%

2.            Effectively manage PP, MM & QM module.

3.            SAP PP, MM & QM configuration, PI Sheet, Unit Testing and related documentation

4.            Work with ABAP/PI team to conclude the required developments

5.            Handles Break / Fix emergencies

6.            Works with business Subject Matter experts to make sure that the system is meeting business needs in a standardized fashion.

7.            Consults the business on how to use SAP functionality.
