• Experience in Business Writing, Business Process Flow, Business Process Modeling, Business Analysis, Data analysis, Data Mapping, Data Modeling, and testing various methodologies.
• Strong in written and verbal communication
• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business
• Understanding of Insurance business processes and Sapiens reinsurance master will be a plus.
• Ability to read and analyze the reinsurance Treaty contracts.
• Strong understanding of project life cycle and SDLC methodologies

Roles and responsibilities:

• BA needs to create data mapping from underwriting systems to GDW.
• Data validation and testing.
• Data governance related work.
• Should be able to follow industry best processes. 
• Should be able to bring in ideas to improve productivity and Quality of work.  
• A focus on high quality deliverables and meeting deadlines. 
• Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums.
• Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.
