Technical/Data Analysis: Analyst needs to perform analysis and reporting on the master data to provide insights (e.g., patterns, anomalies) and recommendations for the business. Key skills SQL, Excel.
Analytical Communication Skills: Ability to decompose a problem and be able to communicate pieces to the business stakeholders.
