• Key responsibilities o Develops, modifies, debugs and/or maintains software code o Contribute to meet various SLAs and KPIs as applicable o Communicates to onshore with confidence
• Expectations: o Professional & Relevant Experience - 3 + years o Good communication skills o Ability to learn new applications o Flexibility to work in 1-10 shift
