Job Description: Executive Account-based Marketing (ABM)

 

Role Overview:

The Executive for ABM is an integral part of our Marketing team, entrusted with the responsibility of nurturing and advancing qualified leads through the sales funnel to ultimately drive net-new closed revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Research: Conduct thorough research to inform outreach plans for targeted/named accounts. This includes gathering data on organizational structure, HR and Finance department updates, quarterly financial results, and developing high-level ROI models.

Collaboration with Sales: Collaborate closely with our sales teams to develop tailored strategies for engaging high-level contacts, such as CXOs, Directors, and VPs within your designated accounts.

Content Development: Work in tandem with the Marketing team to create account-based content and collateral materials tailored to specific accounts.

Outbound Initiatives: Execute outbound activities, including personalized email outreach, cold calling, and social selling, to qualify opportunities and initiate meaningful engagement.

Value Proposition Communication: Effectively communicate the value propositions of our multiple product lines to secure initial meetings with potential prospects.

Product Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Flatworld’s playbook, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics, and sales practices to enhance your product knowledge.

Lead Qualification: Qualify and nurture outbound leads across various business lines through effective communication and discovery techniques.

Demand Generation Campaigns: Launch targeted 1-to-1, 1-to-few, and 1-to-many email, LinkedIn, and warm calling campaigns to stimulate demand and acquire incremental net-new prospects.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the end-to-end marketing funnel, tracking lead generation, conversion, and sales qualification metrics across various campaigns.

 

Experience and Qualifications:

Professional Experience: A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing prospecting role.

Industry Experience: Preferred experience in SaaS or IT companies.

Communication Skills: Proficient in clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication.

Customer-Centric: Demonstrated empathy towards customers and a keen understanding of their needs.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.

Tools Proficiency: Prior exposure to tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, Clearbit, Expandi or similar tools.

Track Record: Proven track record of consistently achieving targets and objectives in previous roles.
