Synergy Enterprise Dependency & Gap Assessment:
➢ Identify and document systems and functions across the organization that interact with Synergy as data providers or consumers.
➢ Catalog business processes automated through Kofax and identify potential disruption points during the Synergy upgrade.
➢ Review and analyze Kofax code, assess KTA usage, and provide recommendations for optimizing its usage.
➢ Identify and document risks associated with the Synergy upgrade based on assessment findings.
Synergy Data Assessment & Recommendation:
➢ Develop a process to review and identify documents and indexed values stored in Synergy, determining what can be purged.
➢ Create and implement a process for managing critical documentation elements and continuous monitoring to prepare for future cloud migration.
Proposed Implementation Strategy:
➢ Assess the impact of the Synergy upgrade, including risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
➢ Provide vendor recommendations for potential Synergy replacement.
Qualifications:
• Financial services expertise encompassing both technical and business facets.
• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst with domain expertise in Synergy, Kofax, or relevant document imaging and business process flow tools.
• Strong proficiency in C# programming.
• Hands-on experience with unwinding custom code connecting Kofax and Synergy.
• Demonstrated ability to map connections to Synergy across an enterprise.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to consult on Synergy upgrade preparations and provide strategic recommendations.
