We are seeking a Hedging Specialist to join our Security Assurance team to facilitate the annual ISSP audit.

The Specialist is responsible for working with the auditor on the annual ISSP audit, gathering data as requested, providing remediation expertise, and educating other team members as needed.

• Experience with commodity risk hedging will be preferred.

• The successful candidate will have background in market risk exposures, quantitative and qualitative analysis on positions and risks of the respective portfolios, and reporting the findings to risk management.

• 7+ years' experience in experience financial markets risk management.

• Experience with the development, implementation, application, and oversight of financial markets risk models, hedging alternatives, pricing and hedge execution strategies.

• Prior experience and knowledge of trading concepts, derivative instruments, hedge accounting, and operations.

• Advanced proficiency with Excel.

• Ability to coach others in developing their analytical skills and ISSP requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong preference for a professional certification such as CFA, FRM, or PRM.
