Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proficiency in mainframe programming languages such as COBOL, VSAM, and JCL.

Experience in mainframe development and maintenance.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of mainframe databases and file systems.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
