Ivalua - Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, Strategy & Analytics
Application Development and Maintenance Support Resource will work under the direction of the Client IT team led by the Client PVM (Procurement and Vendor Management) Technical Product Owner. Activities may include, but are not limited to the following: • Triage, troubleshoot and determine root cause for functional and technical production

application and process issues, partnering with end users, if needed
Develop/Configure and deliver Break/fix and workaround solutions

• Drive design, execute development and/or configuration, test and manage change delivery of new or enhanced product capabilities, as directed by Client
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PVM integrations to and from Ivalua environments- includes SFTP, Webservices and SOAP/REST API's.
• Assist with daily monitoring and maintenance of scheduled and automated processes
• Provide support for Branch and Platform security updates, patches and upgrades
