·        Understanding of #ServiceNowCMDB backend database Schema
·        Understanding of the relationships in #ServiceNow CMDB database
·        Strong experience in building #SnowMirror database, building reports from it.
·        Strong #datamodelling experience
·        Experience in migrating ServiceNow CMDB data to database
·        Experience in querying and analyzing ServiceNow CMDB back end
·        Strong #SQL experience
·        ER diagram and data model validation
·        Reporting knowledge
·        CMDB data cleaning and Operational knowledge
·        Understanding of how CMDB is customized in an organization.
