• Create test plans and coordinate testing and implementation of projects and system changes with business users.
• Work with data owners and stewards to lead and participate in data governance processes and maintain business glossaries.
• Identify data quality gaps and implement exception reporting.
• Update documentation and SharePoint content and communicate with our user community.
• Act as a “Face of IT” for our business partners.
• Understand business needs, issues, and challenges and be able to articulate them (written or verbal).
• Collaborate with and assist our partners in designing, developing, and successfully implementing solutions to their challenges.
• Provide analytical troubleshooting, and work closely with production support teams to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
• Provide oversight for the management and administration of our environment.
• Provide training to business users on our data and reporting/visualization tools (ThoughtSpot, Tableau, IBM Cognos Analytics, Google BigQuery, Trifacta Dataprep).
• Add value to our business partners’ organizations.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or related field. MBA is a plus.
