Candidate who can help drive delivery of some projects in the Supply Chain space.  This may be a more senior functional consultant / TPM or a project manager with a strong functional background.

Profile:

Drives product delivery through:

•             Partner with business to understand requirements and ensure end to end process is considered.

•             Manages team (Jr TPMs, Bas)

•             Work with Technical/functional/business to prioritize work. 

•             Envision product based on user requirements.

•             Ensure user stories are reflected at an appropriate level of detail for engineering team to complete their work.

•             Provide clarity / leadership on daily calls with team for development and QA to drive the desired outcome and effectively use resources.

•             Work with App architect for solution options.

•             Assess scope of work to align with constraints (budget/resources)

There are a couple of functional areas that may align to different resources.  Experience in these domains is important.

Product Costing:  We are building a custom product costing application, so a resource with an understanding of how product costs are built in an apparel industry and experience in leading custom solution delivery.

Supply Chain: Understanding of supply chain processes across inventory planning / management, inventory performance reporting.
