Looking for a candidate to help support our Mainframe applications that are written in PL1. It would be nice if they already had USAA experience and have used the tools like SCM, DSList, Control-M.
 

 

Experienced mainframe developer who can do detailed analysis on code, make changes, test changes, and deploy changes to production.

Must have led parts of implementation for least 1 or 2 large sized projects
Programs technically medium to highly complex solutions based on business requirements
Creates unit tests to ensure accuracy. Track record of identifying largest risk areas and driving resolution of these issues
Provides accurate and timely input regarding status of technical tasks
Ensure project goals make sense and overall development objectives are being met
Designs and develops high quality, scalable and efficient solutions and products on schedule
Mentors lesser tenured developers within in the team
