The Security Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 10-20 security resources, focusing on various cybersecurity projects ranging from Privacy, Compliance, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Data Protection, Threat Intelligence, Network Security, and Endpoint Security. This individual will possess a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and will be instrumental in ensuring the successful implementation of security tools and safeguarding.

Key Responsibilities:

1.            Oversee and manage a dynamic team of security professionals, setting clear objectives and providing regular feedback.

2.            Drive the successful delivery of cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance requirements.

3.            Collaborate closely with security engineers to ensure successful implementation of security tools such as Okta, CyberArk, SailPoint, and others.

4.            Participate in defining security strategies and roadmaps, always staying abreast of the latest security threats and solutions.

5.            Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure the security strategies are integrated into business processes.

6.            Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

7.            Continuously evaluate and identify areas of improvement in security protocols, processes, and tools.

8.            Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
