- Develop a strong understanding of the functions, uses and requirements for eligibility determination for different benefits and calculations.
- Identifying and documenting current and future state process workflows and data flows.
- Develop Visio documents that may include but are not limited to entity relationship diagrams, data dictionaries, or system context diagrams and storage in Orbus iServer365 with other documentation.
- Modify, document, and review business requirements, functional requirements and technical specifications needed for project documents. Execute change control on approved documents.
- Assist in performing functional and integrated testing.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and artifacts including analysis, reports, and user documentation.
- Work with project manager, developers, vendors, and end-users to ensure application designs meet business requirements.
- Provide UAT support, including developing test case scenarios using DHHS methodology.
- Support required system go-live activities.
- Document gap analysis.
- Track delivery and review/approval progress of each deliverable in accordance with approved project plan.
- Attend PMO meetings, Vendor meetings and end-user meetings.
