- Sense of urgency, ability to work in a fast paced environment while working on multiple projects.
- Merger & Acquisition experience required. Will mostly be working on M&A but Some divesture experience
- Agile methodology
- Cross functional communication and PM support
- IT AND non-it project experience in previous roles.
- Tracking and management of budget (will not be responsible for creating the budget from scratch)
- Someone that can take initiative and hit the ground running based on business needs and takeaways from meetings etc.
- Power BI skills would be an added bonus since project plans are put into power BI
Requirement:
- Able to perform project management tasks for 3-4 projects in parallel
- Scheduling meetings, Note taking during meetings, Keep project task tracking tools up to date, Updating status documents
- Defining Scope and Budget
- Following up with task owners
- Proficient in PowerPoint, SharePoint Teams,, Excel
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment
- Comfortable with bothautomated and manual project management support tools and methods
- Able to bring organization to the project management process where needed
- Proactively makes project management improvement suggestions if something could be done better, more efficiently
- Experience with working with and communicating with teams in all functional areas throughout the business
- Flexible communication style to drive results if one mode or method of communication isn't working
- Comfortable with problem solving and critical thinking
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience on M&A and commercial projects
- Do not prefer someone who has only been a project manager for IT projects
