JOB DETAIL

1. Salesforce Administration: 
  - Configure, customize, and maintain the Salesforce platform to align with the banking client's specific requirements.
  - Implement and manage workflows, processes, and automation to streamline operations.
  - Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Financial Services Cloud to enhance customer relationship management, wealth management, and other financial services functionalities.
  - Implement features like Client Profiles, Financial Accounts, Household Management, and more.
  - Possess Salesforce Administrator certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator).
  - Provide a valid Trailhead profile link to showcase your Salesforce expertise.
  - Ensure data integrity and maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date records within Salesforce.
  - Offer support to end-users, addressing their concerns and providing training as needed to maximize Salesforce usage.
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Requirements:

- Valid US work authorization is a must.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a focus on Financial Services Cloud.
- Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Trailhead with a link to your profile.
- Strong understanding of financial services and banking operations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
