JOB DETAIL

•     Work with Business team to develop technical specifications and requirements based on the size and usage estimation of the client.

•     Planning and managing programs and project portfolios, ensuring optimal use of time and resources while increasing service value.

•     Ability to build a comprehensive PMP that includes Scope, Cost, Schedule, QA/QC, Risks, Communication, Procurement, Stakeholders, Resources, WBS, Backlog, Sprints, Story points, EPIC, Kanban board, RACI, Change management, Escalation, Dependencies and Processes.

•     Adept in coordinating with support teams, suppliers, vendors, and third-party groups to resolve issues and manage change requests while ensuring smooth operations and SLA compliance.

•     Create mock ups of desired report services before creating BI (Business Intelligence) Reports.

•     Update system reports to keep them relevant and functional throughout our versions

•     Run test workshops for final approval, integration, migration, Pilot, cut-off, production, UAT Automation, and change control.
