- MUST HAVE HEALTHCARE PAYOR TESTING EXPERIENCE. The client just changed to Salesforce tester.
- Detailed knowledge of Healthcare Payor experience and Salesforce CRM application in Service/Operational space.
- Experience and In-depth knowledge of Claim Adjudication process
- 5+ years of relevant testing experience with strong background in Software QA with cloud technologies to include
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.
- 4+ years of relational database experience including generating complex queries, setting up database
- connections, and automating query processing.
- 2+ years of experience in API testing and IVR/Conversational API testing would be a plus.
- 3+ years of experience with BDD/ Selenium and any automation tools.
- Experience working with Agile team environment
- collaboration and requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Strong aptitude to learn and adapt to technology.
- Any Salesforce certification would be a plus.
- Bachelor degree. Technical degree preferred.
