This is a unique opportunity to work in a large-scale multi-cloud environment that includes AWS, Azure, GCP and on-premise deployment solutions.

You will guide teams through the onboarding process, work with internal developers to define automation solutions, and play a key role in analyzing and managing Cloud spend by using data to identify areas of focus, driving change at an engineering level, and advising application teams on FinOps strategies.

Role Key Objectives
-Carry out the onboarding of new applications, guiding them through the process and coordinating any networking and security activities within the Cloud Center of Excellence.
-Help your customers understand the opportunities for optimization and their cost saving abilities.
-Solve a variety of customer requests from billing to onboarding and cost optimization.
-Build and maintain relationships with your customers and internal stakeholders.
-Build relationships with our customers and look for new toolset additions that can be included in our service offerings.
-Work with internal automation teams to define workflows that allow teams to self-service onboarding, reporting and other items.
-Monitor and engage in required activities to maintain and grow savings plan and reserved instance coverage.
-Build and maintain customer facing technical documentation.
-Assist with the FinOps related areas of customer reporting.
- Mentorship of other team members.

Essential Skills
-Intermediate understanding of networking, storage, compute, application support, and application development concepts as it pertains to cloud computing
-Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills
-Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
-Familiar with cost management knowledge including but not limited to chargeback modeling, cost savings and avoidance tracking, and forecasting
- Experience in an Agile environment using Scrum methodology
-Minimum 2 year of experience with Azure, AWS and/or GCP
-Minimum of one (1) years’ experience with cost optimization
- Certification on one or more cloud platforms including AWS, Azure or GCP.

-Financial Qualification/FinOps Certification
