• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or ETL Developer. 

• Expertise in SQL, especially with Microsoft SQL Server. 

• Proficiency in data integration and migration, with cloud migration experience as a plus. 

• Understanding of industry data management best practices and standards. 

• Knowledge of data management concepts, including MDM, Data Quality, Metadata Management, Data Security, ILM, and Data 

Qualifications (This is a senior position and requires 8+ years of experience): 

·       Completion of a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience. 

·       Demonstrated track record in the roles of Data Analyst or ETL Developer. 

·       Proficiency in SQL, particularly with a focus on Microsoft SQL Server. 

·       Competency in data integration and migration, with additional experience in cloud migration regarded as a valuable asset. 

·       Knowledge of established industry data management best practices and standards. 

·       Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities. 

·       Capacity to provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members. 

·       Familiarity with data management principles, including Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, Metadata Management, Data Security, Information Lifecycle Management (ILM), and Data Governance. 

·       Outstanding abilities in engaging with stakeholders, negotiating effectively, and providing leadership. 

·       Strong organizational skills, enabling both independent work and effective collaboration within a team.
