• Design and implement Pega solutions that meet business requirements.
• Serve as the lead technical authority on Pega projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Develop and maintain Pega applications, including case management, UI, and integrations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Pega developers.
• Ensure adherence to Pega best practices and design principles.
• Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution for Pega applications.

Qualifications:

• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) certification.
• Proven experience in Pega application development.
• Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC and case management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
