Manage data modeling toolset, repository, and Web portal
Work with our data model administration manager and with data modelers and consumers of logical and physical data models including data stewards, data architects, and DBAs among others to ensure our data models are managed and published to enable sharing, re-use, and collaboration across efforts
Ensure our growing number of enterprise logical models and application specific logical and physical data models can be efficiently searched and retrieved
Support maintaining standards and guidelines relating to logical and physical data model management including naming, versioning, model linking, model sub-setting
When called upon support data modeling delivery team by detailing solution logical data models for Product teams
Qualifications
5 years of hands-on experience working with logical data models and data model repositories
Extensive experience with logical and physical data modeling
Experience with Erwin Workgroup edition data modeling tool including Erwin's model repository, preferred
In-depth knowledge of data modeling tools, data model repositories, and data modeling methods
This includes experience in using data modeling tools and their repositories to create, store, and publish data models to the company’s intranet
