We are seeking a senior level Scum Master/Project Manager in Jacksonville, FL with excellent communication, vendor management, application development and software package implementations experience.
Required Skills/Experience:

- A team builder who can effectively lead a team, build relationships, and ensure a detailed plan is being followed.
- •Ability to manage to a budget, includes forecasting and providing variance explanations.
- Ability to quickly get up to speed on new business concepts and have enough technical experience to be able to understand and keep up with what the team is discussing during requirements and design sessions.

- •Strong experience in managing internal, external and hybrid teams

- Prior experience managing technology roadmap projects
- General knowledge and understanding of the technology field and technology projects
- Understanding of core infrastructure
- Understanding of Cloud Development (preferable Azure)
- •Prefer Fundamental Understanding of Data Manipulation/Governance
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects that involve multiple vendors and complex integrations
- •Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
- •Develop and track full scale project plans including external integration points and dependencies
- Establish and coordinate project teams
- Guides and coaches the team on how to use the Agile framework
- Resolves team’s impediments
- Manages the scrum board
- Maintains project financial sand status reporting
- Help team implement changes effectively
- Ensures deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Direct and oversee the project team
- Define project tasks and manage project resource allocation
- Manage project budgets
- •Identify project risks and issues and develop and execute mitigation plans
- Manage project changes to achieve project goals
- Monitor and report project status to all stakeholders
- Provide guidance and direction to external vendors as applicable
- Participate in quality audits
- Develop Requests for Information/ Proposals (RFI/RFP) for external services as applicable
- Demonstrate leadership, and strong organizational, presentation and communication skills
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certifications required
- Minimum 5 years of Scrum Master/ Project Management experience
- Experience with vendor management and vendor package implementations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
- Experience with Microsoft Project Server, Service Now, and Azure DevOps a plus
- Strong technical background a plus
- Certification or a degree in computer science, information systems or engineering would be a plus
