Requirements
- Experience using ServiceNow PPM is nice to have. The client is open to training someone
- Familiarity with Integrations projects
- Understanding on how implementations are build and managed with SAP S/4
- Understanding of the entire Integration lifecycle
- Ability to bridge the communication gap between technical teams and the business, understand and translate technical discussions
- Experience in the S/4 Activate Methodology
- Strong people skills
- Active listening
- Empathetic, good bedside manner
- Ability to walk the line between keeping everyone happy and driving a project to completion
- Understanding of Testing (Unit, String, and Integration)
- Ability to manage vendor relationships
- Ability to work handle issues without escalation
