Consultant will report to the Application development Manager. The resource will drive systems technical improvements and minimize Salesforce platform technical debts; implement a sustainable development environments strategy. Additionally, the resource will lead technology initiatives and guide contract Developers with varying levels of expertise to achieve success for the stakeholders.

5+ year Experience in Salesforce.com and Force.com platform developer and administrator

10+ year exp. Overall professional IT experience

Experience leading significant technology initiatives

Experience coaching and mentoring Developers of varying expertise.

Experience with Agile and DevOps practices.

Experience with .NET

Extensive experience with Salesforce platform programming languages – Apex, visual force, Lightning component framework.

Extensive experience in lead case management web-to-lead, Web-to-case, Email-to-case.

Highly proficient with App-exchange on Salesforce-Required

Excels in working with various salesforce.com standard objects such as Accounts, Contacts, Cases, etc.

Experience in solutioning and developing Salesforce Community Portals

Certifications or Desired skills if any out of following Certified Force.com Developer DEV 401 Salesforce Certified Administrator-Highly desired

Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)-Highly desired

Project Management Professional (PMP)-Nice to have
